St. Ives
Today Lena, Dini and Me went to St. Ives, a little like England's Sylt. The
weather was amazing, with all the palms and the beach it felt a little like
being in the South of Europe. Eventough the average age was propably
about 60 – i guess we were really the only ones aged under 30 – it's a
awesome little seaport. And I had my first scone (I bought it in a bakery
with the size of a lumber-room).
Mint
They really do LOVE Mint over here. It's everywhere.
A trip to Truro
After an awesome night out yesterday we went to Truro today. I have
to admit: It was a little rough at the beginning. Truro is a nice little city
half an hour away from Falmouth with some nice shops and a huge
cathedral. It was a foggy, grey day. Just how you expect Cornwall to be.
Nonetheless a nice anti-hangover trip and after the victory of FC Bayern
tonight it was another perfect day in England.

Surfing in the UK
Yesterday we've been surfing in Perranporth which is on the opposite
side of Cornwall, however just 20 minutes away from Falmouth. It was
a lot of fun, hard work and i actually stood up on the board twice. I
think we all got infected by the virus and i'm pretty sure we're gonna
be pros by the end of term.
Eden Project
Imagine the secret base of a James Bond Villain. Well thats exactly how
the Eden Project looks like from the outside, the difference is that when
you enter it you find yourself in a real rainforest and not a nuclear aresenal.
I've seen flowers and trees i've never seen in my life. Also i never lost that
much liquid in my life. It was steaming hot.
I never really found out what the aim of Eden Project is, but it's definatly
worth a visit.
